I am a Mum of three children and lived in Norbury SW16 for nearly 10 years. I'm orginally a Bristolian and love Sewing kids clothes and Running around the block in my free time.
I Qualified in 2007 with a BSc Hons in Physiotherapy at Coventry University. I then went on to spend nearly 10 years working in the NHS in Well known Highly specialised Hospitals in Plymouth, Bristol and London.
During the years I have studied Master Modules in Respiratory Exercise, Women's Health and trained in Acupuncture, Specialist Massage for Pregnancy and Babies, Clinical Modified Pilates in Antenatal & Postnatal, Mat-work and Swiss Ball with Adults, Toddlers & Teenagers.
I am registered with the Government Health Profession Council (HPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and a number of professional interest groups including POGP.

I’ve been going to Madia’s prenatal and now postnatal Pilates classes for over a year and I cannot recommend highly enough. It’s great to have someone know you and your particular needs and give guidance during classes based on these. I’ve also had a deep tissue massage which has soothed away aches and pains in the comfort of my own home. Again, can’t recommend highly enough!
I’ve been doing Pilates with Madia for 3 years now and can highly recommend her. The classes have helped me build strength back in my core after birth, toned me and increased my fitness levels. Madia is very personable, is conscious of tailoring to individual ability, but also pushes you to the next level when it’s right to do so. The classes are enormous fun and I’ve got to know a great group of women there.
Madia has helped me to regain strength after the birth of my second child in 1to1 sessions. I felt like I was in an alien body after pregnancy but she has really helped me feel stronger and more confident about what I need to do going forward. I have never really enjoyed these sorts of exercises before but Madia has been very patient with me, knowing when to push me and makes it fun. She even manages to keep my baby happy at the same time! She has also inspired me to buy more exciting leggings!!
