I have been doing Pilates with Madia for a number of years. I love it. She knows each group member really well and tailors the advice she gives to the individual.

 

It's always varied, challenging and great fun. You know you've had a good workout afterwards.

 

My core strength has improved massively under her guidance. Her physio knowledge and skills mean she really knows what she's doing.

Madia has helped me to regain strength after the birth of my second child in 1to1 sessions. I felt like I was in an alien body after pregnancy but she has really helped me feel stronger and more confident about what I need to do going forward.

 

I have never really enjoyed these sorts of exercises before but Madia has been very patient with me, knowing when to push me and makes it fun. She even manages to keep my baby happy at the same time!

 

She has also inspired me to buy more exciting leggings!!
