About Me

I Qualified in 2007 with a BSc Hons in Physiotherapy at Coventry University. I then went on to spend nearly 10 years working in the NHS in Well known Highly specialised Hospitals in London.

During the years I have studied at Master level in Respiratory Exercise, Women's Health and trained in Acupuncture, Specialist Massage for Pregnancy and Babies, Clinical Modified Pilates in Antenatal & Postnatal, Mat-work and Swiss Ball with Adults, Toddlers & Teenagers.

I am registered with the Government Health Profession Council (HPC) and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP) and a number of professional interest groups.

Physio4me was a registered company for many years, initially running one class a week in 2012. This was after realising first hand, the lack of pregnancy exercise service available in my area whilst I was pregnant, with my little girl. After having my second child in 2014, the classes increased and client recommending friends and family saw the company grow. In 2016 we expanded to a full-time service after I left the NHS to concentrate on my family and amazing clients.

My ethos is to help women from pregnancy and beyond into motherhood and even pre-menopausal through Education, Exercise and Empowerment when it comes to health and Wellbeing.

Becoming a mother can be an exciting but also daunting time for some. With additional pain, discomfort, anxiety increasing pressure to be a great Mother. We at Physio4me are about helping you to enjoy your pregnancy and time as a mother. Be it helping with aches or pains or getting you involved in our group sessions with other mums and professions.

We are as much as about self-empowerment as well as being social and fun (lots of coffee mornings and walk in the parks!)
